Either work! It’s really what is the most convenient for you. There is no long or short term effect to the board storing it one way or the other.
Many people keep their boards inflated all season long so they can hope out on the water at a moment’s notice!
The one thing to keep in mind that you should be storing your board out of the sun. Continuous direct sunlight can shorten the lifetime of the board.
