San Diego, CA September 1, 2014 - As Tower prepares to launch Tower Magazine, they sought out a filmmaker to bring it to life, they hired Celso Bemvenutti to fulfill that position. Bemvenutti will be the creative personality behind the Tower Magazine videos.
"Hiring an award-winning filmmaker for our soon-to-be launched Tower Magazine, living online at http://tower.life, was a dream come true, not to mention the fact that he's also ran his own boutique agency and worked at a prestigious ad agency like DDB," says founder of Tower Paddle Boards, Stephan Aarstol.
With nearly a decade of experience in all aspects of filmmaking, including pre-production, cinematography, editing and production, Celso brings a holistic view of the creative filmmaking process to Tower.
"I imagine winning the lottery would feel somewhat like that moment. It was hard to believe for a while," explains Bemvenutti about the news of his hire, "I had just found out I was going to be able to live in San Diego, I was going to be creating visual content and I was about to get immersed in the beach lifestyle, which is what the company is all about and what I had been looking for. Not to mention the perks of an office located one block from one of the most famous beaches in San Diego and personal surfboard shapers. It's definitely a dream job!"
Bemvenutti graduated from University of Arizona with a degree in Marketing. Before Tower, he worked on commercials and music videos in Los Angeles, ran his own boutique production company and worked at the ad agency DDB. He has lived in Spain, France and Brazil and now calls San Diego home.
