As an award-winning feature filmmaker, Celso is a distinguished artist that has also worked in commercials and music videos in Los Angeles where he previously ran his own boutique production company. Prior to pursuing his filmmaking calling full-time, Celso worked at the ad agency DDB.
With nearly a decade of experience in all aspects of filmmaking, including pre-production, cinematography, editing, and production, Celso brings with him a holistic view of the creative filmmaking process. His work is not only visually stunning, it evokes emotions as only great art can do. We are excited to share his gift with the beach lifestyle community.
Celso has lived in many different countries including Spain, France and Brazil. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and some French, he loves to travel. His love for water sports and the beach lifestyle has brought him to the sunny city of San Diego, where he can now call home. While he was born in Dallas, Celso considers himself a Brazilian since he grew up most of his life in the southern part of the country, where his family is originally from. At age seventeen he enrolled at the University of Arizona, where he earned a degree in Marketing.
